3 giant river prawns

STEPS
1. Heat olive oil in a wok to medium heat. Add sliced garlic and deep fry until they are crispy and golden-brown. Remove from oil and set aside.
2. Add butter into the oil followed by the prawns. Adjust the heat to medium-high and fry the prawns for 8 minutes.
3. Give each prawn a final flip and add salt.
4. Serve it with garlic flakes and black pepper.
