Fried Belt Fish
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
1 Belt fish (clean and cut evenly)
1. Rub salt evenly on the fish to marinate.
2. In a non-stick cooking pan, add oil. Make sure the oil is smoking (meaning it is about 180 Celcius) before placing the fish pieces nicely spaced out on the pan. Fry each side for 3 minutes or until the skin turns golden brown.
3. Once cooked, place the fishes gently on an oil-absorbing paper.
4. Serve hot.
TIPS: Do not marinate the fish with black or white pepper as that will make your fish stick to the pan.
