Deep Fried Barramundi Fish Cutlet 香酥炸鲈鱼片

1 Barramundi fish cutlet (5kg)



1. Prepare some hot oil in a wok at high heat. Deep fry the fish for 4-5 minutes per side until it turns golden brown.

2. Flip it over and deep fry for another 2-3 minutes.

TIPS: Use a spatula and a spoon, push the fish to the edge of the wok and turn it.

3. Serve it on a plate of kitchen towel.

TIPS: Kitchen towel is used to soak up the excess oil from the fish.
